Nien-Du Yang completed his Ph.D. thesis, titled “NALCN-Encoded Sodium Leak Currents in the Regulation of Daily Rhythms in the Excitability of Neurons in the Suprachiasmatic Nucleus”, in the Nerbonne lab and was awarded a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering in 2023. Nien-Du currently works as a scientist at Latigo Biotherapeutics, Inc., in Thousand Oaks, CA.
